The cost of the project varies depending on the size and nature of your property, vision, and level of detail required.
Little Oak Tree offers a pricing guide for the consultation and the following design stages.
Initial call
1-hour consultation visit
Site map and two concept plans
Master plan
Planting and maintenance plans
The cost to make the designs a reality will vary depending on level of detail, with the design cost being approximately 20% of the total cost of the project.

Garden design is a collaborative process and each stage of the design can be refined to suit you.
The project will never move onto the next stage without your approval, giving you flexibility in when and how the project proceeds.
If you decide to cancel the project during the design phase, you will be invoiced only for the current stage of the project (i.e. for the time spent and expenses incurred before cancellation).
